Serves 2
- 2 cups no-salt-added Vegetable Broth
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 celery stalk sliced
- 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a medium pot; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
For a smoother soup, puree the soup in a blender.

Serves 1
- 8 ounces water
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein or Whey Protein
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Combine the water, powder, and fruit in a blender until smooth.
Add the flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
Blend all ingredients until thoroughly incorporated.
Don’t forget the Fat Flush Body Protein or Whey Protein!
*Notes:
If you prefer chia seeds, add the seeds and water to the blender first and let sit for 1-2 minutes.

Makes about 1 3/4 cup
- 1 cup flaxseed oil
- 1/2 cup Zippy Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Transfer to a small covered jar and use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Serves 4
- 1 pound green beans sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
In a heavy saucepan, place the green beans with water.
Add the oregano and cook uncovered until the beans are crisp-tender, about 12 minutes.
Drain well and serve.
