Serves 4
- 1 cup no-salt-added Chicken Broth
- 3 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 small jalapeno peppers seeds removed, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 pound whole green beans trimmed
- Lemon juice for drizzling
Heat 1/2 cup broth in nonstick pan.
Add garlic, jalapenos, turmeric, cumin, and cayenne; cook until the garlic turns golden, about 3 minutes.
Add the green beans and remaining 1/2 cup broth and stir well.
Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until beans are tender.
Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.

Serves 2
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup steamed asparagus chopped and drained
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 dried mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour the egg mixture into a preheated, nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat.
As mixture sets, lift up the edges and tilt the skillet, so that the uncooked egg flows underneath and sets.
When underside is set (about 2 minutes), turn over with a spatula.
Cook until the bottom is set and turns golden brown.
Serve immediately.

Serves 2-3
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1/2 yellow pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup no-salt-added Chicken Broth
- 2 cups cooked cauliflower diced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
In a nonstick skillet, saute the onion and green pepper in the broth for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add the cauliflower and toss until heated through.
Add dill and garlic.
Transfer to a food processor (or blender) and puree, adding an additional tablespoon of chicken broth to achieve a smooth consistency.
Serve hot.

Serves 4
- 2 pounds assorted greens trimmed and cleaned
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup no-salt-added Chicken Broth
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons flaxseed oil
Place the greens in a pot and add water to cover.
Bring to a quick boil, then lower the heat, simmer and cook greens until barely tender (about 5-8 minutes).
Drain, chop, and set aside.
Heat the broth in a saucepan and saute the onion and garlic over low heat until tender.
Quickly add the greens to the saucepan, reducing the heat to low and cook greens until tender.
Dish the greens into a bowl; add the lemon juice and flaxseed oil and toss.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Serves 4
- 1 pound veal medallions
- 1/2 cup no-salt-added Beef Broth
- 1 large onions chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Brown the veal with beef broth in a nonstick skillet.
Remove veal from the skillet and set aside.
Saute the onions, mushrooms, and garlic in remaining beef broth in the same skillet until tender.
Return the veal to the skillet with onions, mushrooms, and garlic; heat through for about 1 minute or until done.
Serve immediately.
