Makes about 1 cup
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup no-salt-added beef broth divided
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Stevia
- 1 8- ounce can no-salt-added Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon cayenne or to taste
- 1/2 jalapeno seeded and minced
Saute the onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of broth until tender.
Add the remaining broth, vinegar, onion powder, Stevia, tomato puree, cayenne, and jalapeno.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Cool and store in the fridge.

Makes 4 servings
- Olive oil spray
- 1 1/4 pounds turkey breast fillets can also use chicken
- 1/2 cup no-salt-added chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley plus extra for garnish
Lightly coat a large skillet with a few spritzes of olive oil; heat over medium heat.
Saute the turkey until browned and almost cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Heat the broth in the skillet and saute the onions and mushrooms until nicely browned.
Return the turkey to the pan. Stir in the minced parsley; continue heating until bubbly and the turkey is cooked through.
Sprinkled with additional minced parsley.

Makes about 1 cup
- 4 scallions chopped
- 1/2 cup lime juice fresh
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped finely
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 small jalapenos seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Process until finely chopped.
Transfer to a storage container.
Cover and refrigerate.

Makes 1 serving
- Olive oil spray
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons cranwater or plain filtered water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop Fat Flush vanilla Whey Protein or Body Protein
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Flora-Key
Lightly coat a medium-size pan with a spritz of olive oil.
In a medium-size bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the blueberries and Flora-Key.
Gently fold 1/2 cup of the blueberries into the batter.
Heat the pan over medium heat.
Using a tablespoon, ladle the chia mixture into the pan.
Cook until tiny bubbles form on the surface and the chiacakes are solid enough to turn.
Carefully flip the chiacakes, cooking until done; transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, spritzing the pan with olive oil as needed.
Garnish with the remaining blueberries and sprinkle with Flora-Key.

- 3 pound chuck roast
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup no-salt-added beef broth
- 1/4 cup tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil spray
Spritz a saute pan with the olive oil spray.
Saute the veggies until softened.
Place the veggies in the crockpot.
Spritz the saute pan with the olive oil spray again, if necessary; add the roast and brown on all sides.
Remove the meat and place in the crockpot on top of the veggies.
Add the apple cider vinegar to the saute pan; stir the vinegar, gently scraping the pan to deglaze.
Add the beef broth and tomato puree to the saute pan; mix well.
When the broth mixture is warm and mixed well, pour over the meat in the crockpot.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
