- 1 medium spaghetti squash split in half with seeds removed
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 6 oz cans of tomato paste
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Cayenne to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh fennel or 1 teaspoon fennel seed, ground
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the spaghetti squash on a baking sheet (cut side down); pierce the rind with a fork in multiple places.
Add 1/2 cup water to the baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the rind is soft.
Place the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker; layer the chicken over the onions; spread the mushrooms on top.
In a bowl, mix the tomato paste, spices, and water; pour over mushrooms.
Cover; cook on low for 4-4.5 hour or high for 2.5 hours.
Stir once or twice to break up the chicken.
Serve over spaghetti squash.

Serves 1
- 8 ounces water
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein or vanilla Whey Protein
- 3/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3-4 ice cubes
Combine fruit, powder, ice and water in a blender until smooth.
Add flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Don’t forget the Fat Flush Body Protein or Whey Protein!
*Notes:
If you prefer softer chia seeds, add the seeds and water to the blender and let sit for 1-2 minutes.

- 1 medium jicama peeled and sliced
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 teaspoon seasoning cayenne, paprika, chili powder
Place the jicama in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle with the lime juice and seasonings; toss to combine.

- 1 cup brewed dandelion root coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of cloves
- 1 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a large mug and enjoy!

- 1 cup Fat Flush Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
- 2-3 water chestnuts finely diced
- 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions just the green part, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or to taste
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder or to taste
- Dash of Stevia or to taste
- 4-6 oz silken tofu
Blend the spinach, mayonnaise, and silken tofu until thoroughly incorporated.
Pour into a serving bowl and add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
