Veal Medallions with Mushrooms & Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound veal medallions
  • 1/2 cup no-salt-added Beef Broth
  • 1 large onions chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Method
 

  1. Brown the veal with beef broth in a nonstick skillet.
  2. Remove veal from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Saute the onions, mushrooms, and garlic in remaining beef broth in the same skillet until tender.
  4. Return the veal to the skillet with onions, mushrooms, and garlic; heat through for about 1 minute or until done.
  5. Serve immediately.
