Serves 1
- 8 ounces water
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein or vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Combine fruit, powder, and water in a blender until smooth.
Add the flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Don’t forget the Fat Flush Body Protein or Whey Protein!
*Notes:
If you prefer softer chia seeds, add the seeds and water to the blender first; let sit for 1-2 minutes.

Serves 1
- 1 scoop vanilla Fat Flush Whey Protein powder
- 1/4 cup cold purified water
In a small bowl, blend whey powder and water.
Pour into a freezer container and freeze until ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings
- 1 1/4 pounds medium shrimp prepared using Fiery Shrimp Skewers recipe
- 8 cups mixed greens or spinach thoroughly rinsed
- 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
When ready to serve, drizzle with Herbal Dijon Vinaigrette.

- 12 ounces water
- 16 ounces brewed dandelion root tea made with 2 tea bags
- 4 ounces of unsweetened 100% cranberry juice
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 packet of Stevia Plus optional
- 1 small piece peeled fresh ginger about 1-inch
Combine all ingredients in a 32 ounce (1 quart) pitcher.
Chill and serve.
