Makes about 1 cup
Herbal Dijon Vinaigrette
Recipe type: Dressing
- ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup flaxseed oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon minced green onions
- Place all ingredients in a glass container with a lid
- Shake well, until thoroughly mixed.
- Keep refrigerated.
