Lemony Rosemary Marinade

½ cup avocado oil juice of two lemons 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary 2 garlic cloves, minced ½ teaspoon sea salt
Combine ingredients in a large glass baking dish or bowl. Add meat and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour (or overnight).

Key Lime Souffle
2 eggs 1 packet of SweetLeaf stevia 2 scoops of Fat Flush Vanilla Whey 2 cups of spaghetti squash 1 to 2 teaspoons of lime zest 2 to 3 ounces of fresh lime juice
Combine ingredients in a mixer or blender until well mixed. Pour into a baking dish and bake in a 350F oven for 30 to 35 minutes until fluffy and firm (do not let top brown). Cool for about 20 to 25 minutes before serving.

Cucumber Relish
½ cup English cucumber, diced ½ cup canned hearts of palm, well rinsed and thinly sliced 1 small tomato, seeded and diced ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons green onions or scallions, chopped ⅛ teaspoon Sweetleaf stevia
Mix well and let stand at least 5 minutes or cover and chill up to one day. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Smitty's Flaxcakes with Fresh Blueberry Sauce
3 tablespoons ground flax seeds 1 egg 1 tablespoon water (as needed) cinnamon (as desired) ¼ cup blueberries ¾ cup blueberries stevia to taste
Whisk flaxcake ingredients together. Spoon mixture onto skillet or griddle to make two flaxcakes. To make topping, heat blueberries on stovetop in a saucepan and add a sprinkle of stevia to taste.

Seasoning Rub
1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon cayenne 1 tablespoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground cloves 2 tablespoons dried parsley ½ teaspoon oregano (PHASE 3 ONLY) ½ teaspoon ground rosemary (PHASE 3 ONLY)
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle or rub (all over) onto steaks, chicken or whatever meat you desire. Let the rubbed meat sit at least an hour in the fridge before grilling. Store extra rub in an airtight glass container until ready to use.
