Ingredients
Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground oregano (phase 3)
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Taco Meat
  • 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • Taco seasoning, as desired
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. Spray a skillet with olive oil spray. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until soft, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add in ground beef or turkey and cook mixture until half way done. Add ½ of the taco seasoning mixture. Cook until meat is cooked through. Finish with chopped cilantro, stirring it through.
  2. To serve, take ¼ of the taco meat and sprinkle over the top of your favorite salad which might include romaine lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, avocado/guacamole, bell peppers, green onions, black olives, tomatillos. Dress with your favorite FF friendly dressing or salsa.
  3. Phase 3 Variation: Add black beans and/or blue corn chips or top with a dollop of plain greek yogurt.

Ingredients
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
Instructions
  1. Shake together in a small container until blended and opaque and pour over salad.

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup cooked butternut squash
  • ½ lime, juice + zest
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Vanilla Whey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend strawberries, squash and lime first. Add whey protein to blender and blend well. Pour into a glass and top with ground flax seeds.

Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower
Instructions
  1. Wash cauliflower and remove leaves and core. Break up head into florets.
  2. Put a few at a time into the food processor and pulse until florets resemble rice grains. Transfer to a bowl and continue with the rest of the cauliflower.
  3. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil spray. Add cauliflower rice and cook until grains are tender and hot but not mushy, tossing them frequently to prevent sticking.
  4. Serving suggestions: Add scrambled egg and chopped green onions for a simple fried rice lunch or use as a side dish or rice "replacement" with your favorite recipes.

Ingredients
Slaw
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup pea pods, julienned
  • ¼ cup diakon radish, julienned
  • ¼ cup English cucumber, julienned
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon wasabi
  • 1 teaspoon parsley or cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon toasted flax seeds
Instructions
  1. Toss slaw ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Toss dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  3. Toss slaw with dressing and enjoy!
