Smitty's Flaxcakes with Fresh Blueberry Sauce
Serves: 1 serving (2 cakes)
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water (as needed)
- cinnamon (as desired)
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¾ cup blueberries
- stevia to taste
- Whisk flaxcake ingredients together. Spoon mixture onto skillet or griddle to make two flaxcakes.
- To make topping, heat blueberries on stovetop in a saucepan and add a sprinkle of stevia to taste.
