Flaxcakes:
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water as needed
- cinnamon as desired
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Topping:
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- stevia to taste
Whisk flaxcake ingredients together. Spoon mixture onto skillet or griddle to make two flaxcakes.
To make topping, heat blueberries on stovetop in a saucepan and add a sprinkle of stevia to taste.

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano PHASE 3 ONLY
- 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary PHASE 3 ONLY
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Sprinkle or rub (all over) onto steaks, chicken or whatever meat you desire. Let the rubbed meat sit at least an hour in the fridge before grilling.
Store extra rub in an airtight glass container until ready to use.

Taco Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground oregano phase 3
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Taco Meat
- 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- Taco seasoning as desired
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
Spray a skillet with olive oil spray. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until soft, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add in ground beef or turkey and cook mixture until half way done. Add 1/2 of the taco seasoning mixture. Cook until meat is cooked through. Finish with chopped cilantro, stirring it through.
To serve, take 1/4 of the taco meat and sprinkle over the top of your favorite salad which might include romaine lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, avocado/guacamole, bell peppers, green onions, black olives, tomatillos. Dress with your favorite FF friendly dressing or salsa.
Phase 3 Variation: Add black beans and/or blue corn chips or top with a dollop of plain greek yogurt.

Wash cauliflower and remove leaves and core. Break up head into florets.
Put a few at a time into the food processor and pulse until florets resemble rice grains. Transfer to a bowl and continue with the rest of the cauliflower.
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil spray. Add cauliflower rice and cook until grains are tender and hot but not mushy, tossing them frequently to prevent sticking.
Serving suggestions: Add scrambled egg and chopped green onions for a simple fried rice lunch or use as a side dish or rice "replacement" with your favorite recipes.

Slaw
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup pea pods julienned
- 1/4 cup diakon radish julienned
- 1/4 cup English cucumber julienned
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi
- 1 teaspoon parsley or cilantro
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon toasted flax seeds
Toss slaw ingredients together in a bowl.
Toss dressing ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Toss slaw with dressing and enjoy!
