Yields about 2 cups (or sixteen 1-tablespoon servings)

- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon dried mustard
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Cayenne, to taste
- 1 cup flaxseed oil
- Combine the garlic, egg yolks, lemon juice, vinegar, and cayenne in a food processor or blender.
- With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture thickens into mayonnaise.
- Keep refrigerated.
For Fresh Herbed Mayonnaise: Mix 1/2 cup minced fresh green herbs (dill, cilantro, parsley, etc.). Thin with a few drop so filtered water, if desired.
