Serves 4
Chicken Stir-Fry with a Touch of Turmeric
- ¼ cup no-salt-added chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, cut into ½-inch slices
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- ½ cup water chestnuts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- In a large, nonstick skillet, heat the broth over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until soft, about another 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the water chestnuts, broccoli, cauliflower, and spices; cook until the veggies are tender and the chicken is cooked through, about 6 minutes.

Basic Stir-Fry

- 1 cup water chestnuts

- 1 cup asparagus, coarsely chopped
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Heat the broth in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add your protein and heat until almost completely cooked.
- Add the veggies and seasonings and stir to combine; cook until tender.

Crunchy Salad with Chicken
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ red onion, chopped
- ½ jicama, cut into matchsticks
- 1 bell pepper (red, orange, yellow, or green)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons oregano, chopped
- Place the vegetables in a large bowl; toss to mix.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and herbs to the bowl and mix until evenly distributed.
- Add the chicken and toss to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Curry Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- Olive oil spray
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1½ tablespoons Fat Flush Curry Seasoning
- ¼ cup no-salt-added chicken broth
- 8 large lettuce leaves, rinsed
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Curry Seasoning onto the chicken breasts.
- Spritz a large skillet with olive oil and bring to medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked thoroughly; 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and shred.
- In the skillet, place the broth, onion and remaining seasoning; stir to combine and cook until onion is softened.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine; heat together for 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf and enjoy!

Spiced Garlic & Lime Chicken
- Olive oil spray
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons of Rajin’ Cajun Seasoning (or to taste)
- Sprinkle Rajin’ Cajun Seasoning onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Spritz a large skillet with olive oil and bring to medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and let saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked thoroughly; 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle the chicken with the lime juice and let cook for another 1-2 minutes.
