Smitty's Flaxcakes with Fresh Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
Flaxcakes:
  • 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water (as needed)
  • cinnamon (as desired)
  • ¼ cup blueberries
Topping:
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • stevia to taste
Instructions
  1. Whisk flaxcake ingredients together. Spoon mixture onto skillet or griddle to make two flaxcakes.
  2. To make topping, heat blueberries on stovetop in a saucepan and add a sprinkle of stevia to taste.
