Pico de Gallo Eggs

- 1 cup Pico de Gallo
- 4 eggs
- Warm the Pico de Gallo in a large skillet.
- When the sauce begins to simmer, add the eggs and scramble until done.
- Add a bit more Pico de Gallo on top before serving, if desired.
