Pico de Gallo Eggs

  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 4 eggs
  1. Warm the Pico de Gallo in a large skillet.
  2. When the sauce begins to simmer, add the eggs and scramble until done.
  3. Add a bit more Pico de Gallo on top before serving, if desired.
