Braised Fragrant Chard

Braised Fragrant Chard

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup no-salt-added vegetable broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 bunch green chard, chopped coarsely
Instructions
  1. In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, heat ¼ cup of broth.
  2. Saute the onions and garlic until softened, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chard and remaining ½ cup of broth; cover.
  4. Lower the heat to low and let simmer until the chard is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
