Braised Fragrant Chard
- ¾ cup no-salt-added vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 bunch green chard, chopped coarsely
- In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, heat ¼ cup of broth.
- Saute the onions and garlic until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Add the chard and remaining ½ cup of broth; cover.
- Lower the heat to low and let simmer until the chard is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
