The picture shows little specks of orange. Are these carrots somehow?

Hi,In the Chicken Bok Choy soup recipe it calls for 4 teaspoons chicken broth. For flavor I’m assuming it would be a concentrate like “better than bouillon”or is it just straight chicken stock? Love the Fat Flush soup 🙂
    Thanks

Hi Judy – Thank you for your question. You are correct, the 4 teaspoons of chicken broth are just to enhance the flavor. Hope this information helps!

What is broccoloini, where can I buy it? Or is it simply the tops of broccoli?

Hello Mrs. M! Broccoloini is a green vegetable similar to broccoli but with smaller florets and longer, thin stalks. Most of the time can be found at your local Whole Foods Market, it’s peak season is from October to April. Hope this information was helpful!
