Fat Flush Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons no-salt-added Chicken Broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a small jar, cover and shake vigorously until mixed.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
Variations:
– Phase 1: add a few drops of unsweetened cranberry juice and 1/4 teaspoon Stevia for a cranberry vinaigrette.
– Phase 2: Add 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
– Phase 3: Substitute 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup sherry or white wine for the chicken broth, and increase the vinegar to 1/4 cup. (This makes a delicious marinade for chicken, fish, and beef!)
