Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette
Recipe type: Dressing
  • ½ cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon dried mustard
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil
  1. Combine scallions, lime juice, cilantro, and mustard in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk in flaxseed oil.
  3. Use immediately or refrigerate in a small jar for up to 4 days.
