Zesty Avocado Dip

Makes about 1 cup

Zesty Avocado Dip

Course: Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small avocado peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1/4 cup scallions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tomatoes seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Serve with dipping veggies such as snow peas, jicama, or endive leaves.

Variation: Add 1 tablespoon of Fat Flush Pico de Gallo for another version of this savory dip!
