Fat Flush Curry Seasoning

Yields about ½ cup

Fat Flush Curry Seasoning
Recipe type: Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried fennel
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1½ teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 5 whole cloves
  1. Crush all the ingredients together using a mortar and pestle or grind together in a food processor until fine.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
