Wild Berry Crunch Smoothie

Course: Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces water
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush vanilla Whey Protein or Body Protein
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 7 almonds
  • 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Combine fruit, powder, water, ice, and extract in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add macadamia nut oil, chia seeds, and almonds.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Don’t forget the Fat Flush Body Protein or Whey Protein!

*Notes:
If you prefer softer chia seeds, add the seeds and water to the blender first and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
