Sweet n' Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stevia

Method
 

  1. Place the seeds in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook for about 4 minutes or until toasted, stirring constantly.
  3. Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; add seeds and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange seeds in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
