Roasted Red Pepper & Olive Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 black olives
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 roasted red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon water or no-salt-added broth
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor and blend until creamy with chunks of olives still remaining. Great served with savory flax crackers!
