Roasted Red Pepper & Olive Spread
Ingredients
- 3 black olives
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- ½ roasted red pepper
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon water or no-salt-added broth
- garlic powder to taste
- onion powder to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor and blend until creamy with chunks of olives still remaining. Great served with savory flax crackers!
