Razzle Dazzle Sorbet

Razzle Dazzle Sorbet

Course: Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in a plastic containers or ice-cube trays and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Take out partially frozen mixture and stir well to break up ice crystals.
  4. Return to freezer and freeze completely.
  5. Let the sorbet stand for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.

Variations: Any type of berry can be used in place of the raspberries.
