Ranch Style Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Variation: For a Southwestern kick, add 1 chopped jalapeno pepper (seeded, stemmed, and chopped) and 1/4 cup fresh cilantro to the recipe.
