Pumpkin Pear Smoothie
Recipe type: Smoothie
Serves: 1 serving
  • 1 pear, peeled and seeded
  • ½ cup canned 100% pumpkin (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Whey Protein
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 8 ounces cran-water
  • Spices to taste (legal for your phase)
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. Pour into glass and enjoy.
