Ingredients
  

  • 1 pear peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup canned 100% pumpkin unsweetened
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush Whey Protein
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 8 ounces cran-water
  • Spices to taste legal for your phase

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. Pour into glass and enjoy.
