Pate for All Seasons
 
Recipe type: Snacks
Ingredients
  • 2 (13-ounce) cans water-packed tuna, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) can oysters, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (2-ounce) can anchovy fillets, well rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Add water if needed.)

 

*Note: Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.
