Pate for All Seasons

Course: Snacks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 13-ounce cans water-packed tuna, rinsed and drained
  • 1 8-ounce can oysters, rinsed and drained
  • 1 2-ounce can anchovy fillets, well rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. (Add water if needed.)

 

*Note: Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.
