Ingredients
- 8 ounces water
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Body Protein or vanilla Whey Protein
- ½ cucumber
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 limes
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
