Lemony Tapenade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup black olives
  • 4 teaspoons flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 garlic cloves minced
  • Pinch of cayenne optional

Method
 

  1. In a blender or food processor, process all the ingredients until chunky.
  2. Store the tapenade in a covered container in the refrigerator.

*Note: Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.
