Lemon Granita
Recipe type: Dessert
Serves: 1 serving
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup water plus ice cubes to equal 1 cup
  • zest of half a lemon
  1. Blend ingredients together in blender until smooth. Pour into a storage container and freeze overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, remove from freezer and keep in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Stir and serve.
