Greek Tszitziki Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 cup plain, whole milk yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or basil, chopped
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Cover and chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
