Greek Tszitziki Sauce
Recipe type: Sauce
  • ½ cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 cup plain, whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or basil, chopped
  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours before serving.

This recipe is approved for Phase 3.
Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.
