Makes about 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons

Garam Masala
Recipe type: Seasoning
  • 4 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 4 teaspoons ground coriander
  1. Combine all ingredients in a covered container.
  2. Store at room temperature away from the stove.
