Makes about 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons

- 4 teaspoons ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons ground coriander
- Combine all ingredients in a covered container.
- Store at room temperature away from the stove.
