- 4 eggs
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped (optional)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Cayenne, to taste
- Beat the eggs, thoroughly, and add other ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a pan over medium heat.
- Scramble to your liking.
