Emerald Greens Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion chopped

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a small jar and shake vigorously until mixed.
  2. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

*Note: Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.
