Crunchy Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 cucumbers peeled and sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1/2 jicama cut into matchsticks
  • 1 bell pepper red, orange, yellow, or green
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oregano chopped

Method
 

  1. Place the vegetables in a large bowl; toss to mix.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar and herbs to the bowl and mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the chicken and toss to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
