Citrus Broccoli
Recipe type: Side Dish
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 head broccoli florets
  1. Cook the broccoli (boil or steam); drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, saute the garlic in a spritz of olive oil until tender; about 3 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and lemon juice to the skillet and toss to coat.
