Bread Crumbs
 
Ingredients
  • 4 slices Spelt bread, toasted and cooled
Instructions
  1. Cube the bread and place it in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until the bread is reduced to fine crumbs.

 

Tip: Stale bread produces drier bread crumbs.

Variation: Add spices, seasonings, and dried herbs to give your crumbs a special added flavor.
