Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Coat a saute pan with a spritz of olive oil spray and heat over medium heat.
- Saute the veggies until they are softened and being to brown; spoon into a large bowl.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form the mixture into 8 equal-size patties.
- Place the patties on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until heated through.
