Berry-licious Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 (16-ounce) container strawberries, quartered
  • 1 (8-ounce) container blueberries
  • 1 (6-ounce) container raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia (or to taste)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint (chopped)
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the lemon juice and Stevia.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the berries and the mint.
  3. Pour the dressing on top and toss to coat.

*Note: Remember to include ingredients when calculating daily intake allowances.
