Bread Crumbs
Ingredients
- 4 slices Spelt bread, toasted and cooled
Instructions
- Cube the bread and place it in a blender or food processor.
- Process until the bread is reduced to fine crumbs.
Tip: Stale bread produces drier bread crumbs.
Variation: Add spices, seasonings, and dried herbs to give your crumbs a special added flavor.
