  • 1 cup organic coffee
  • 1 scoop Fat Flush chocolate whey
  • ¼ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups water and ice
  1. Mix all ingredients in blender until light and frothy. The cinnamon and cayenne give it a little "kick" for a rich, satisfying treat!

    I’m confused. My understanding is that a Granita is a frozen treat, not ice cream but rather an ice-based one that is frozen then scraped into ice crystals.

    This sounds good….maybe even could be made as a granita but not as the recipe is written.

      Hello Helen – The 2 cups of ice recommended in the recipe makes it a delicious frozen treat, like a granita! 😉
