Ingredients
- 1 pear, peeled and seeded
- ½ cup canned 100% pumpkin (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop Fat Flush Whey Protein
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 8 ounces cran-water
- Spices to taste (legal for your phase)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. Pour into glass and enjoy.
