Day 13: Nikole’s Shakedown Journal

Hey there, fellow —and future— fat flushers! My name is Nikole and I’m going to be taking you along on my fat flushing adventure! I hope that my journals help you to become as passionate as I am about this life changing plan. And for those wondering, it doesn’t just help you lose weight. Yes, that’s an amazing benefit! But your overall health is the important thing here! There is a Fat Flush Plan for everyone! Let me start by introducing myself.

I’m married to the love of my life, have 3 pretty princesses who keep me on my tippy-toes and 2 spoiled pups. I’m a daughter, sister, and friend. I volunteer at my daughters’ school and work as a hair stylist. I love making women feel beautiful! I love the outdoors, working hard and I hope to inspire others with my story. What you see is what you get! I’m an everyday person, running kids around, trying to keep a clean house and juggling a million things at once! So far on my journey, I have lost over 50 lbs and I am the healthiest I have ever been with the Fat Flush way of life. So yes, YOU CAN do it too! Being busy is an excuse I used for many years. As Thomas Jefferson said, “Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today.” Take that first step to becoming the new and improved you, and feel the best you have ever felt!

The most common questions I get are, “How did you do it?”, “What do you eat?”,  “How do you do it being a wife and a mom?” and “What do you do when you go out of town or out to eat?” These are questions that I am going to be answering as I take you through my day to day life! Day 13 ♥ Shakedown Journal

So today I talked to a few friends who’ve been shakin’ and I’m so excited! Everyone’s feeling better and are so happy with how fast they are seeing results! The best part, everyone says, is the fact that they aren’t hungry and that’s what I love. My body is getting everything it needs nutritionally and it allows me to focus on everything else that’s going on in life instead of what my next meal is going to be.

I remember the days where I would be done with one meal and after I was done I was already planning my next meal and what restaurant I was going to eat at and the dessert I was going to have. I seriously didn’t realize how much I focused on food and how much it took away from my life.

The shakedown was my introduction to the Fat Flush way of life and I thank God every day that I found this amazing program. I can’t even imagine what direction my life would be going in if I didn’t “clean” up my act! Best part has been that it is so easy! They do all the thinking for you! All you have to do is follow the guide. I also encourage everyone to read the Fat Flush Plan or Fat Flush for Life. Those books are life changing!

Day 13 ♥ Food & Supplement Log

On arising:
Spiced Lemon Toddy (Hot Lemon Water w/ a pinch of cinnamon and ginger)
Sipping this upon arising will gently help to flush your liver and kidneys of toxins & waste.

Green Life Cocktail:
8 oz cran-water
1 scoop wheat grass
1 scoop Probiotic (Flora-Key)
This purifies your system in one green sweep. The greens, Flora-Key and cran-water work together to clear the path for detoxification.

Additional beverage: 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar w/ 4 oz water

Breakfast: Choco-Cherry
8 oz cran-water
1 tbsp chia seed
1/2 tbsp flax oil
1 scoop FF chocolate Whey Protein Powder
10 large cherries

Morning supplements:

Snack:
Mashed cauliflower (Shakedown Mashed Potatoes)

Lunch: Strawberry Smoothie
12 oz cran-water
1 Tbsp Chia seed

1 serving frozen strawberries

Afternoon Supplements:

Snack:
Arugula salad with artichokes

Dinner:
Grilled chicken (grilled with Shakedown Seasoning)
Steamed green beans
