or 1 medium peach

frozen cooked sweet potato chunks

flaxseed oil

Method
Combine water, powder, and fruit in a blender until smooth.
Add the flaxseed oil, chia seeds, cinnamon and ginger.
Blend until all ingredients are incorporated.
