Puréed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small sweet potatoes skinned, baked, and mashed
  • 1/2 cup no-salt-added Chicken Broth
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Puree the sweet potatoes, broth, and cumin in a blender.
  2. Garnish with parsley.
