Minty Chocolate Smoothie

Course: Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Fat Flush chocolate Whey Protein
  • 8 ounces of water
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Combine fruit, powder, water, ice and mint in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add flaxseed oil and chia seeds.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
